The Blue Mountains APPLE PIE Trail

Along the western plain of Georgian Bay, adjacent to the Escarpment that forms the historic Bruce Peninsula, Mother Nature and human nature have teamed up to create perfect conditions for apple pie. Look for the Blue Mountains Certification when you purchase yours. It means the pie is made from our great apples and baked right here.

The Apple Pie Trail runs from Collingwood through the Blue Mountains, to Thornbury, Meaford and the beautiful Beaver Valley with stops showcasing fresh apple products of the region's finest orchards, markets and restaurants.

JOIN US for an original community theatre experience in the town of
Collingwood. Let our Gaslight Tour Guides take you back to the town's bygone
days. Learn about local lore and take a stroll down memory lane. Visit 5
historic sites that have a story to tell of the many characters and families
who lived, loved and played in our community. Two of these sites are the
newly restored Tremont Hotel and the Watts Boathouse. Our talented local
playwrights have woven tales from the past, the likes of which you've never
heard before! The Tour begins at the Collingwood Library. All sites are
within easy walking distance.  It takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to
complete the Tour that ends at the All Saints' Church Hall 'Tea Room'.  A
special treat for the whole family!
